The locally beloved Poulsbo Blues and Jazz Festival is making its return to downtown — otherwise known as “Little Norway” — from Feb. 27-28, with a lineup that includes 23 different bands.
Acts include, at the Poulsbo Rotary Club-benefiting event, Bell Bottom Blues, Lady A, Di and the Blue Hearts, and several more; the weekend’s emcees are Lil Scrapp and BigLLou.
