Usually Coffron’s Dad Does Lunch show how to send your child off with a creative, unique lunch that never disappoints. But this time, he’s switching it up a bit and taking on a different meal: salmon dinner.
There’s something about a family dinner around the table where each person can share about the ups and the downs of their day. Sometimes, after a long day, the idea of cooking a full-on dinner can seem a bit overwhelming, but Coffron’s got the perfect recipe to take the stress off you and bring the family together.

Easy Salmon Dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Foil
- Baking sheet
- Asparagus
- All spice
- Salmon
- Lemon pepper
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice a baguette down the middle, butter the inside and cover with parmesan cheese.
- Press the baguette back together and wrap in foil.
- Cover a baking sheet with foil, using a bit of extra foil to form a wall down the middle of the baking sheet.
- On one side of the baking sheet, place cut and washed asparagus.
- Sprinkle with your favorite all spice.
- Place your salmon on the other side of the baking sheet.
- Season with lemon pepper as desired.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of your salmon and asparagus.
- Place the bread, asparagus and salmon in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
- When it’s finished baking, plate the meal and serve!
