At Poulsbo Sons of Norway’s annual dinner on Jan. 31, lutefisk, a dried whitefish that traditionally hails from Scandinavia, is what’s on the table. For the less adventurous, meatballs, boiled potatoes, carrots, ice cream, and more are available. Adults eat for $35 and those ages 10 and younger eat for $15.
