Rockin’ Ruby’s Records, a new home for vinyl enthusiasts and music lovers, officially opened its doors at 488 1/2 Winslow Way E on Bainbridge Island. The new store joins the Poulsbo original location in providing a welcoming, multigenerational space for all to explore the world of music through an extensive selection of new and used vinyl records, CDs and cassettes as well as a curated collection of music-related books and merchandise, alongside live performances at the Ravine’s outdoor stage right next to the store.

Rockin’ Ruby’s Bainbridge also offers a walk-up coffee counter featuring beans from the island’s own Pegasus Coffee and other treats from across the Kitsap Peninsula.
The business began its life as a mobile music trailer roaming breweries, restaurants and festivals around West Sound. Having opened their first brick and mortar record store in Poulsbo in April 2023, Team Ruby’s was excited to add another on Bainbridge Island that could offer a live music space, just in time for Record Store Day 2025.
Ruby’s buys and sells thousands of new and used records on vinyl, CD and tape, alongside guitars, turntables, amps and gear, plus T-shirts, merch and more. Both stores also buy and sell two kinds of books: banned books (the tools of the revolution) and band books (stories from the revolution).
