The new Olalla Lavender Festival, which took place in July, concluded with overwhelming success, drawing more than 1,300 visitors to the picturesque community of Olalla. The festival brought together local artisans, farmers, families and lavender enthusiasts for a memorable celebration of nature’s beauty. The festival spanned seven venues and featured a diverse array of activities, including hands-on workshops, live entertainment and bustling vendor markets at locations such as the Olalla Community Club and Olalla Vineyard & Winery. A major highlight of the festival was the opportunity for visitors to tour lush lavender farms: Crescent Valley Lavender Farm, Astrid’s Lavender Farm and Red Roof Ranch. These guided tours allowed guests to experience the beauty of blooming lavender fields up close and learn about the cultivation and harvesting processes from knowledgeable farmers.
