At the Gig Harbor-based grassroots organization Harbor WildWatch’s Salish Sea Storytime program, kids can explore the ocean’s depths with stories focused either on a creature or its habitat.
Following story time proper, attendees can engage in playtime in the organization’s immersive kelp-forest exhibit and experience hands-on opportunities to see and touch local marine animals. While the program is geared toward kids 2-5 years old, all ages are welcome. The story time program is free to attend, and no RSVP is required.
