Nestled in the Coppertop Business Park on Bainbridge Island, the Coppertop Triangle is a hidden gem for adult beverage enthusiasts. This unique destination brings together three exceptional producers — Bainbridge Organic Distillers, Bainbridge Brewing and Fletcher Bay Winery — each offering a distinct experience that celebrates craftsmanship and the island’s rich flavors. Whether you’re a lover of spirits, craft beer or wine, the Coppertop Triangle has something for everyone.
Bainbridge Organic Distillers: Award-Winning, Organic Craft Spirits
Founded in 2009, Bainbridge Organic Distillers is Washington state’s first certified organic distillery, and it has garnered national acclaim for its exceptional small-batch spirits. Committed to sustainable practices, the distillery uses only organic grains sourced from local farms. All its spirits are 100% craft distilled in the artisan distillery on Bainbridge Island. Sourced or bulk spirits are never used and every step in the process of creating the products occurs within the walls of the distillery.

The distillery’s portfolio has a wide range of organic spirits, including the flagship Battle Point Whiskey, a smooth, caramel-rich whiskey, bottled at 86 proof and containing no coloring, flavoring or additives of any kind. This bottle has won multiple international awards, including the World’s Best Wheat Whiskey, multiple times, by the World Whiskies Awards.
Other standouts include Bainbridge Legacy Vodka, known for its clean, crisp character; and Heritage Organic Doug Fir Gin, a botanical-forward gin including juniper, cardamom, coriander, Seville orange peel, lemon peel, licorice root, angelica root, orris root, fennel seeds and freshly harvested Douglas fir boughs. Bainbridge Organic Distillers offers a lineup of unique whiskies made from ultra rare barrels like the Yama Mizunara Oak, the world’s first and only non-Japanese whiskey to be aged in 100% virgin Mizunara casks.

Visitors to Bainbridge Organic Distillers can enjoy tasting and a seasonal menu of craft cocktails. The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to offer a distillery tour.
Bainbridge Brewing: Island-Born Craft Beer
For craft beer lovers, Bainbridge Brewing is a must-visit. Established in 2012, this family-owned brewery has become a cornerstone of the local beer scene, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a lineup of beers that reflect the spirit of Bainbridge Island.
The brewery taproom is the perfect place to sample an ever-rotating selection of ales, lagers and experimental brews. Flagship beers like the Eagle Harbor IPA and Kömmuter Kölsch highlight the brewery’s ability to balance classic brewing styles with modern innovation. Seasonal and specialty beers such as the Bainbridge Blonde or unique barrel-aged offerings (using neighbor Bainbridge Organic Distillers’ whiskey barrels) keep locals and visitors alike coming back for more.

Bainbridge Brewing is more than just great beer — it’s a community hub. The brewery hosts events like trivia nights, pinball tournaments and live music and often has food trucks parked outside.

Fletcher Bay Winery: ‘Life … Tastes Better with Wine’
Rounding out the Coppertop Triangle is Fletcher Bay Winery, a boutique winery that embodies the essence of handcrafted, small-batch winemaking. Founded in 2008, Fletcher Bay sources grapes from some of the best Eastern Washington vineyards, blending them into wines that reflect the diverse terroir of the state.
The tasting room is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for sipping and savoring the impressive lineup of wines. From robust reds like the malbec and syrah to whites like chardonnay and a very unique white pinot noir, there is something for every palate including fruit wines and dessert wines. Don’t miss the unique blends such as the popular “Pirate Red,” a rich Sangiovese and cabernet sauvignon blend perfect for pairing with a hearty meal or enjoying on its own.

Fletcher Bay Winery’s weekly Wine Down Wednesday is not to be missed. Every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m., the back patio is packed with regulars dancing to live music and enjoying wine. Book your table early for this popular event.
What makes the Coppertop Triangle a place to hang for the day is the diversity of experiences it offers in one convenient location. Each destination within the triangle has its own unique personality and style, yet all share a common thread of craftsmanship, dedication to quality and, of course, delicious adult beverages.

All three tasting rooms are just steps from each other, with food options also in the business park — That’s A Some Pizza, Sweet Dahlia Bakery and El Tacos Barbon. The Coppertop Business Park is a quick drive from the ferry terminal, with plenty of parking. If you’re feeling adventurous, hop on a bike and make the 2.7-mile ride, either straight up Highway 305 or through the backroads of the island.
Whether you’re sipping a barrel-aged whiskey, savoring a hoppy IPA or swirling a glass of syrah, the Coppertop Triangle is a destination worth discovering.
