Jersey Mike’s will soon open a second storefront in the former Pizza Hut location on Borgen Boulevard in Gig Harbor, according to a recent article from The News Tribune.
The new location, which begins construction the first week of September and is slated to open in November, marks the second branch in town for the sub-sandwich chain.
In late July, Jersey Mike’s Director of Operations Mike Bullatt told The News Tribune that the existing location at Point Fosdick was gaining popularity.
“We’ve kind of felt that Gig Harbor is probably on the horizon for another store … and this kind of gives them another option to source their favorite subs,” Blatt was quoted as saying.
