Quick Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 cups shredded green cabbage (one medium head of cabbage)
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- ½ cup water
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Voila! Amazing, fresh kraut.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of your favorite mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped sundried tomatoes, oil-packed
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
