The Kitsap Fairgrounds in Bremerton is hosting a full lineup of blues and rock artists from July 31 to Aug. 2 for its annual Kitsap Rock & Blues Festival.
Opening the festival on Friday night will be locally grown Heart by Heart. On Saturday night, Ronnie Baker Brooks — with his guitar and Chicago sound — will take the stage. Closing out the experience will be Joanne Shaw Taylor, who’s known for her soulful style.
