A commercial smoker runs daily, preparing their applewood- and alderwood-smoked ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The steaks come from the Midwest, and only corn-fed beef is used, while the hamburger meat is a brisket/chuck grind prepared locally by Minder’s Meats. And prime rib is always on the menu!
