Texas-based homebuilder LGI Homes Inc. this spring announced the grand opening of a 491-homesite community in Bremerton, called Eldorado, which the company said is its largest community to date in the greater Seattle area.
Earlier this year, LGI announced a smaller development in Puyallup, called Meadow Brook. To the north, LGI last month also announced a community in Arlington, Allen Townhomes, in Snohomish County.
“Eldorado is perfectly positioned for families, located just five minutes from Silverdale Waterfront Park and 10 minutes from everything that Silverdale has to offer,” Zachary Penrod, vice president of sales for LGI in the Pacific Northwest, said in a news release.
Eldorado will feature more than 10 acres of amenities, including walking trails, a playground, open recreational fields, and picnic areas. The community includes three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes with front yard landscaping and exteriors with stone detailing starting in the low $500,000s, with homes including LGI’s CompleteHome Plus package with energy-efficient, stainless-steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets, and recessed Energy Star lighting. Plank flooring, two-tone interior paint, and 2-inch faux wood blinds throughout the home are other features included in the sales price.
The community’s information center is at 6000 NW Bruggman Loop, Bremerton.

In Puyallup, Meadow Brook homes are priced from the $500,000s and include 53 three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans, including both single-family and duplex options. Every home will include LGI Homes’ CompleteHome Plus package, including energy-efficient Whirlpool kitchen appliances, 42-inch designer wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, vinyl flooring, 2-inch faux wood blinds, attached two-car garages with a Wi-Fi-enabled door opener, and other touches included.
LGI has had a strong history of success with its four previous communities in Puyallup, Penrod said in a separate release.
Community amenities include walking trails, picnic areas, and a disc golf hole. Meadow Brook’s information center is at 8746 151st St. Court E, Puyallup.
LGI, headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, said it focuses on entry-level homebuyers, offering affordable homes in attractive locations. Through its Terrata Homes brand, it also builds homes for the luxury market. Since launching in 2003, LGI has built and sold more than 80,000 homes.
The company operated in 36 markets in 21 states as of Dec. 31. It reported 4,788 home closings last year and $1.7 billion in revenue.
