The Harvest Yard, a 100,00-square-foot Woodinville destination featuring a mixture of retail, tasting rooms, restaurants, and office space, is now open.

About 90% of The Harvest Yard is currently leased.

“(Project developers) Harvest brings together so much of what we believe makes a place special: thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and opportunities for connection,” said Arian Lewis, CEO and co-founder of Kiln, a workspace chain opening a new location at The Harvest Yard in fall 2027 and leasing 22,045 square feet of space. “We’re excited to give Woodinville’s professionals and businesses a workplace that reflects those same qualities, where teams can do their best work and enjoy the lifestyle this neighborhood has to offer.”

The Harvest Yard’s opening will be celebrated with a Woodinville Chamber of Commerce-hosted ribbon-cutting event at 3 p.m. on Oct. 17. Happening in tandem with the gathering is the Harvest Fall Festival, which will, between 1-5 p.m., have live music from Brian James Was Here, a custom hat bar from Hoyle Hat Co., and more. The Harvest Yard’s Oct. 17 programming, a news release noted, is being positioned as a way for the public to get a first look at The Harvest Yard and the kind of community it’s trying to create.

Among the restaurants at The Harvest Yard are Bong Bóng Bar (Oct. 10), Brass Steak & Seafood (Oct. 24), and others; tasting rooms include Avennia and Grosgrain. A more extensive list of The Harvest Yard’s currently open and incoming businesses can be found here.
