Comcast recently announced that it will be expanding its fiber-powered network into Kitsap County, supplying an additional nearly 2,000 homes and businesses on Kitsap Lake, Erlands Point, Harlow Drive, and Chico Way.

“We’re excited to expand our fiber-powered network in Kitsap County, helping more families and local businesses get the fast, reliable Internet they need to work, learn, and succeed,” Keith Turner, senior vice president for Comcast in the Pacific Northwest, said in a press release. “When construction is complete, residents will have access to the full range of Xfinity and Comcast Business services, including mobile, entertainment, security, and WiFi to stay connected to what matters most. We thank Kitsap County leaders for their strong partnership as we work to bring these communities better connectivity.”

According to the release, the project is currently slated for completion sometime in 2027.

Kitsap County residents who are curious if their home or business will be included in the expansion project can enter their address at Xfinity.com/mytown for further details.
