Maureen Gilmer

Landscape designer and horticultural expert Maureen Gilbert has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has written 18 books on gardening. She has practiced in a wide range of climates and currently resides in the high desert of California. Her newest book, "The Colorful Dry Garden," is due for release on Jan. 30, 2018. Through color photos, easy to read keys, Q&A sections, budgeting information, timelines and more, readers will learn about many beautiful, bold, blooming plants that thrive in areas with limited water, and how to incorporate them in all areas of the garden for a gorgeous, environmentally friendly landscape.
