Landscape designer and horticultural expert Maureen Gilbert has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has written 18 books on gardening. She has practiced in a wide range of climates and currently resides in the high desert of California. Her newest book, "The Colorful Dry Garden," is due for release on Jan. 30, 2018.
